Cake and crabWhite Radish is dedicated to supporting British farmers and pledges to follow the principles of ethical catering. We believe that a respect for authentic and ethically traded produce is paramount. The ‘Triple S’ is our mantra: Seasonal, Sustainable and Sourced locally.

We actively seek out exceptional produce from artisan suppliers and we change our menus and recipes according to the seasons. We will tailor-make you a menu to reflect the very best that is on offer at that time of year. Whether its for a birthday celebration or wedding breakfast, all of our menus are designed with thought and care, using fresh local ingredients.

The Slow Food philosophy and principle ties in closely with our own family traditions and we source our ingredients from neighbouring farms and Cornish coastal waters wherever possible, actively seeking out heritage and rare breed varieties.

Our menus are often inspired by classic dishes and so the ingredients may be quintessentially British, but we take inspiration for flavour, cooking styles and taste from across the globe. We pride ourselves on our finesse and attention to detail which is displayed both in our food and also through the service we provide.
